Halloween Cupcakes

This is how I baked Halloween theme cupcakes for my treat boxes, and what problems I endured.

In the image above you can see what I baked for my treat boxes. I made a lemon cupcake with blue frosting and candy eyes to finish the look.

There was one problem though...

I had made a batch of lemon cupcakes and iced them the day before I was supposed to go to the hospital, I then forgot to put them in the freezer. The next morning I found out that they were all melted and gooey. I had to bake another batch of those, as well as two cakes since I wanted to be giving fresh baked good to the patients.

Managing Time

Not only did I bake over 60 cupcakes with decorations, I also baked two different cakes and a batch of brownies. I then had to set up treat boxes and pack it all inside.

It was worth all the struggle though! My Halloween Cupcakes made many patients happy!
