I created a batch of test brownies to get reviews from, and this helped me realize I had to consider nut allergies and so I made a batch of brownies specifically for peers who had them.
In the image above you can see that almost every brownie has m&ms, each one had at least three, two in the middle and one at the top. The few brownies in the end of the batch were fo students who had allergies.
I created them from scratch, and then handed them out during school. I then shared a google doc with everybody who had one and asked them to leave a review. These reviews really helped me become a better baker, some people told me to use butter, and others to bake it less. In the end, this helped me create a wonderful batch for the patients.
